If you plan on grabbing a car and road tripping the english country side - epic! They too drive on the left, so shouldn’t prove too hard. We’ve done some research and definitely recommend you shop around as prices vary a lot. We have noticed it can be cheaper to hire a car in London city and surrounds, vs from Heathrow itself.
Driving time from London to Exeter is approximately 2-3 hours depending on traffic.
Notable places to pass through en-route include; The Cotswolds (your charming, quintessential English villages), Oxford (stunning architecture that has been featured in many of our favourite movies and series), The Roman Baths, and Stonehenge.
